Trust & Safety
Every Tasker is vetted before they ever knock on a door.
Getting onto Holler as a Tasker isn't instant. It starts with a full profile review, then a Canada-wide criminal record check run by our screening provider, and the applicant confirms their identity directly with that provider as part of it.
After that, every new Tasker completes four safety training modules covering professional standards, client communication, on-site safety, and how payments work. Only then do they go live.
Taskers are independent contractors, responsible for their own work and their own conduct. On top of that we run the Holler Guarantee, a discretionary goodwill program that is not insurance. If something goes wrong on a booking, report it within 30 days and we will look at it. Read the Guarantee.
Identity Confirmed
Every Tasker confirms their identity directly with our screening provider as part of the criminal record check. Holler never receives or stores ID documents.
Background Checked
Canada-wide criminal record check through our screening provider. No exceptions, no shortcuts. Completed before a Tasker can accept their first booking.
Safety Trained
Four mandatory training modules on professional standards, communication, on-site safety, and payment practices. Required before going live.
