How Holler works
Pick a service, choose a vetted Tasker, and pay only after the work is done. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.
For clients
Choose a service, from cleaning to yard work to moving. Browse local Tasker profiles with their skills and rates. Every profile you see has already passed our vetting.
Pick the day, the start time, and how many hours you want. The full price is shown before you confirm, with nothing added afterwards. Your card is authorized to hold the booking, not charged.
Your Tasker shows up at the agreed time, ready to work. You can message them in the app beforehand to share details or access instructions. Every Tasker has completed Holler safety training on respecting your home.
Your Tasker finishes the work and checks out in the app. Have a look, and confirm when you are happy. If you forget, no problem: the booking confirms itself after 48 hours. If anything needs a second look, you can raise it right from your booking page.
Your card is only charged after the job is done and confirmed. Your receipt lands in your inbox, and you can rebook the same Tasker any time. Simple.
For Taskers
Tell us who you are and what you do. No certificates required, just the skills you already have. We get in touch when we open in your area.
Complete four short safety modules, then a Canada-wide criminal record check that confirms your identity with our screening provider. Holler never sees or stores your documents. Once it is done, your profile goes live.
You decide what you charge and when you work. Clients see your rate up front, so there are no surprises for anyone. Change it whenever you like.
Booking requests come to you. Take the ones that fit your skills and your day, and pass on the rest. Declining a request never counts against you.
Payouts land in your own bank account a couple of days after the client confirms. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase. Every booking is tracked in the app.
Every Holler Tasker has passed a Canada-wide criminal record check, confirmed their identity with our screening provider, and completed Holler safety training before they can accept a single booking.
Plans change. Cancel free with a day's notice, or within 15 minutes of booking, no questions asked. Taskers are trained to treat your home the way they would want theirs treated.
Every booking is backed by the Holler Guarantee. Report anything that is not right from your booking page within 30 days, and a real person reads it and gets back to you within 48 hours. Read the Guarantee.
