When do I get my credit?+
Your credit is added as soon as the client confirms that first booking (clients) or first job (Taskers) is complete. There is nothing to claim.
Is there a limit on referrals?+
No, you can refer as many people as you like and earn a credit for each one who goes on to complete a first booking or first job.
Do referral credits expire?+
Yes. Credits from a client referral are good for 180 days from the day they are issued, and credits from a Tasker referral are good for 365 days. A credit comes off a booking, so it is never paid out as cash.
How do I share my link?+
Sign in to your Holler account and open Refer & Earn from your dashboard. Your unique link is there ready to copy and share.
Can I refer both clients and Taskers?+
Yes! You can refer clients using your client link and Taskers using your Tasker link. They're separate links with separate rewards.
Do my referred friends get a discount?+
Yes, clients referred by an existing user get $10 off their first booking automatically.
